Like all poplars and the black poplar grows very quickly, their wood is very soft and smooth. The species Populus nigra has become very rare.
From time immemorial, the poplar is valued for their medicinal properties and is used as a tea, ointment or oil. It has the property “standstill” and related conditions, symptoms and diseases to solve and to encourage the “river of life” again.
