Impressions in El Rocío

Andalusia, Spain

El Rocío is a tiny town not far from the west coast of Andalusia. The unique dreamy western flair is characterized by unpaved sandy streets without traffic lights and signs. Man is traveling on horseback in a corresponding neat rider costume. Every restaurant in town has “horse-parking” and it is a common practice to take his “Cafecito” still sitting on his companion. The relaxed attitude to life in el Rocío is perfectly complemented by splendid landscape panoramas, wild horses and cheerful birdsong.
